                                    Civil work starts as the initial stage of the construction.

                         

                      Bottom beam, side beam and upper beam are erected to form a guide frame.

Concrete is poured into the form to produce the concrete structure.

 

 

Guide frame is seen after the removal of form with the completion of

                           concrete curing.

 

 

                      Pump gate is lifting down for the installation within the concrete structure.

 

 

                                          Self descendable actuator is installed at the top.

 

 



                                            Simple type screen is installed at its position.

 

 



                                  Lifting frame is installed only for the simple type screen.

 

 

                               Guide frame is installed for flap gate at the outlet of waterway.

 

 

                                         Flap gate is installed at the outlet to the river.

 

 

                        Spindle cover picks the sky with the actuator contained within the cover.

 

 

                            Front view shows the actuator at the top, local control panel in the

                            middle and lifting frame for screen at the right.

 

 

                          White fence surrounds all the pump gate facilities after the completion

                             of the pre-commissiong.
